Your whole outdoor space, reset to one standard.

The problem

When one clean surface is not enough.

The patio may be bright again while the cushions still show weather. The screens may be clear while the outdoor kitchen needs attention. Furniture can be clean and still feel unfinished when the layout has drifted. A complete reset starts with the way the full environment looks and functions, then defines the right work for the materials and priorities at your property.

Scope

What a reset can include

  • Patio and pool-deck cleaning
  • Furniture frames and approved cushion materials
  • Accessible outdoor-kitchen surfaces
  • Windows, screens, and enclosure details
  • Artificial turf
  • Selected exterior walls and walkways
  • Paver care
  • Placement of movable items according to the approved plan
  • Final visual review

Not included unless written in

Appliance interiors, repairs, restoration, stain removal, sealing, high-access work, and moving unusually heavy or fragile items must be explicitly included in the approved scope.

Designed around the occasion—or the everyday

Request a reset before an owner’s return, family visit, event, rental photography, listing, season change, or whenever the outdoor space has fallen behind. After the first reset, a routine plan can focus on the areas that need more frequent care.

The finish record

The method follows the material.

Each surface in your reset is treated by what it is, not by what is fastest.

Concrete pavers

Surface cleaned, joints re-sanded, then sealed only once the deck is dry through.

Joint first

Travertine and marble

Low-pressure soft wash with a pH-appropriate cleaner, rinsed before it can dry.

No acid

Performance fabric

Solution cleaned off the frame, then fully dried before cushions go back outside.

Answers

Before we visit

Do I need a complete reset?

No. You can request one focused service. A complete reset is most useful when several areas need attention or the property must be ready for a specific date or standard.

How long does a reset take?

Timing depends on scope, condition, access, materials, treatment and drying needs, and the crew plan. The written proposal provides an expected window.

Do you move outdoor furniture?

Normal movable pieces can be included when agreed in the scope. Oversized, fragile, anchored, electronic, filled, or unusually heavy items may need owner preparation or a separate specialist.

Can you remove every stain?

No responsible company can promise that before inspection. Some buildup cleans well; some discoloration is permanent, below the surface, related to minerals or rust, affected by a previous coating, or connected to material damage. We explain realistic expectations before work.
